International Shipping Policy. Please Read!!

• Shipping cost is based on your country. Rates are $35 for North & South America, $48 to Europe and $58 to Asia & Australia.
• Insurance cost will vary based on value of purchase and will be approximately $0.50 per $100. 50 Cents to each $100.
• The watch will be insured and declared for the paid amount, so that in the unlikely event of loss or damage, the customer is fully insured.
• Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. WE WILL SHIP EITHER USPS OR UPS, AT OUR DISCRETION.
• Shipping delays can occur which are beyond our control and can take up to 2-4 weeks. Please bid accordingly.
• Customs and/or VAT fees will be assessed for the value of the item by the importing country.
• International packages take longer to prepare and ship and may take up to 3-4 days from date of order to ship.
• We do not want to get negative feedback or low star rating due to delays which are beyond our control.

Return Policy

• We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
• Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns are gladly accepted for exchange or return minus 10% restocking fee.
• The returned watch must be unworn and returned with original box, papers, and receipt to receive credit or exchange.
• Please note the 10% restocking fee on returns covers our ebay, shipping, and paypal fees.
• We do not profit from the restocking fee.
• We do not credit shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Cost of return shipping is customer's responsibility.

Warranty

• Each watch, unless otherwise stated, will come with a two year warranty through our store.
• If the watch would ever need service, you would send the watch to us and we will send it to the manufacturer's service center for warranty work.
• Warranty only covers manufacturer defects and will not cover any physical damage caused by the user.
• We also offer extended warranties for watches purchased from us. Paperwork for the extended warranty will arrive with your watch order.

Payment

• We prefer PAYPAL from all customers US & International. Item will only be shipped to a Confirmed Address
• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express) over the phone.

Shipping

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on all watches in the US. There is an additional $10 charge for HI and AK.
• All US packages will be shipped via UPS. All US shipping to a P.O. Box is via USPS.
• Tracking information will be emailed immediately once the watch is shipped.
• Item is usually shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
