I can honestly say that U-boat and especially the beige or
camel coloured dial ones, seem to interest people incredibly. I have had
numerous strangers in restaurants, on planes and just in the street approach
and ask what kind of watch it was. I own a number of high end watches and none
of the others seem to draw people like a U-boat. So if you mind complete strangers
approaching you to ask about your watch, don’t buy this one. Lol!!
This is the rare quartz version of which very few were
produced by IFO, no longer in production or available.
Please note that the watch comes with its original box and
paperwork.
This watch is in working condition, but could do with a
clean and polish and service. It has various scratches which may or may not
polish out on the back cover and crown lockdown facing and other wear and tear considerations;
the strap is in serviceable condition with a deployment clasp.
